I sewed casings out of bias tape on the sides and gathered it with ribbon.
On Ella's, I cut off the sleeve and lettuce leafed it - then I put a little elastic gather going up.
I did the same on Sally's.
Only added bows to the sleeves.

Altered T-Shirt
I bought Toy Story T-Shirts for the kids to wear to the movie. Ella's and Sally's were just plain - so I fixed them up a little.
I sewed casings out of bias tape on the sides and gathered it with ribbon.
On Ella's, I cut off the sleeve and lettuce leafed it - then I put a little elastic gather going up.
I did the same on Sally's.
Only added bows to the sleeves.
